Thriller Themes

Theme 1-

From the trailer you can see that the film has explored crime. The trailer is about a bad relationship and the girl goes missing, the husband gets accused for killing her because in her diary she states that he will kill her. This links to crime as its being dealt by the police.

Theme 2-

Suspense is also shown in the trailer as the girl goes missing and there trying to find out why she done it and where she is. The husband is accused because of the woman's diary. The suspense is also built up when she keeps repeating 'he's gonna kill me'. By her saying this it gets the audience nervous and also thinking if theres a killer

Theme 3-

In the trailer, violence is also used when there are scenes of the couple hitting each other as they have a bad and toxic relationship. By them using violence it will become more interesting as thats what thriller fans like to see.

Trailer review- 

We can see that there is a couple going through a tough time, the lady then goes missing and it turns into a crime. Then the husband is being accused for the missing of his wife. We can also see that the police are working hard to find out what really happened. They do many things like read through her diary and thats where we hear 'he's gonna kill me' 3 times. The suspense is built and thats where they end it.
